Meditation can link us directly to a higher consciousness. It can assist you to have a truly happy life because it will enable you to change the negative subconscious patterns that are hidden deep within your own mind and body.
Infinite Meditation was created by Jason Chan to express the essence of his own deep spiritual awakening and spiritual insights. We lead Infinite Meditation on all of our courses and retreats so that students can expand into their own chosen spiritual path, whether that is Buddhism, Christianity, Sufism, A Course in Miracles or something else. Infinite Meditation is a universal system that can be adopted by anyone – with or without a particular religious, or spiritual, set of beliefs.
Infinite Meditation enables us to connect to ‘the light’ through cultivating radiant inner chi. We then need to expand our inner light, until it is so bright that we can utilise it to cut through all of our inner darkness, all of our self-hatred and attack and all of our deepest fears and doubts. But in the long run, practising Infinite Meditation will assist you to rise above all of this fear and darkness, until you are dwelling more or less constantly in nothing but love and light.
Practising Infinite Meditation will undoubtedly assist you to raise your consciousness, but you also need to train yourself to focus your mind to gain maximum benefit from your meditations. We keep gently focussing our minds on the beauty of nature and the power of the light so that we can create dynamic peace in our minds and hearts.
In Infinite Meditation, we keep cultivating strong, bright internal energy which expands consciousness. After cultivating radiant inner chi for some time, you should find that as you sit in Infinite Meditation, your mind becomes calm and alert simultaneously.
Genuine meditation is for your soul … Most people who meditate are using it as a way of relaxing or tuning out of the challenges of this world for a while. Genuine meditation is not about doing this. It is designed to liberate your core being. You keep raising your consciousness until you know without a shadow of a doubt that you are a soul rather than a personality-self.
It can take a lot of patience and diligent energy work to sharpen our consciousness step by step. But when we finally become fully alive as we meditate, we can find the ultimate solution to all of our personal problems and become super-creative.
