We shall examine all our great potentials and gifts that dwell in our hearts and minds. Endeavour to identify all the obstacles along the self-realisation journey, including sleepiness, indulgence, excessive desire, self-deception, ignorance, misidentification and lack of wisdom and capacity to transcend the heaviness and the illusive nature of cyclical existence ( Samsara ).

TRANSCENDENCE WITH GENUINE SILENCE AND SACRED SOUND

You will be introduced to the art of listening in silence, and from the depth of this spacious stillness that gives rise to all sound of the Cosmos, acquire the ability to differentiate truth from illusion.

On one hand we will contemplate the complete silence through Infinite Meditation, on the other hand we shall skilfully raise the vibration of sacred sound and mantra to the level that can conquer and transcend confusion, conflict and deception.

SACRED BREATHING TO OPEN UP THE ENERGETIC CHANNELS

We will learn and practise how to use spiritual breathing with the Kuan Yin and Heart Sutra Mantras to overcome all obstacles and return to brightness and perfect harmony.
