Jason’s August 2017 Message
It is August already and a lot of people in Europe are on their annual summer holidays. I am currently staying in a 4*hotel right next to a beautiful tropical beach in Phuket, but I am definitely not taking a break. I am actually running an intense one month spiritual retreat!
In fact, I never take a break from my daily spiritual and energetic practices because I know how easily human consciousness can sink down to low levels. Years ago, I took a solemn vow to keep my consciousness as high as possible by dedicating my life to my spiritual practices, particularly to meditation. I also practise Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Yoga virtually every day of my life, because the powerful, pure energy I cultivate through these holistic arts really supports my spiritual growth and expansion.
However, I have noticed that a lot of my Infinite Arts students, even apparently really keen individuals, sometimes take a break from their practice when they go on vacation, or when they have not attended one of my courses or retreats for a while. When I meet up with them again, I usually see that their energy levels and consciousness have gone down rather than up. This saddens me, because I know that the impact of such downward shift in consciousness can be catastrophic. Once our consciousness begins to slide downwards, we can so easily slip out of peace and harmony into fear, anger and chaos.
We all need to bring ourselves back into harmony but so few people yet know how to do this. I love Infinite Chi Yoga because it is so strengthening, and I love Infinite Tai Chi because it calms the mind, relaxes the body, and brings my whole being back into wholeness.
We really need to cultivate radiant chi on a daily basis so that we can empower ourselves and have all the inner strength that we will need to heal ourselves on a really deep level. This is not difficult to do. 30 minutes of focused Infinite Chi Kung practice will work wonders. We just have to motivate ourselves do this without fail. Please don’t tell yourself, ‘I am feeling tired today. I will practise tomorrow.’ Do not postpone practising because you are a little under the weather, slightly hung over, or just not in the mood to move.
Train your body to serve your mind
Don’t let your physical body dictate to you how you should feel or your will basically be its slave until the day you die. Just tell your body ‘Stay healthy’ ‘Stay strong’ ‘Stay slim’. The body should have no say as you command it to follow your will, because your mind has a much higher vibration than your body. But you will need to cultivate high energy and consciousness to command your body to obey your will. Otherwise, you will just be indulging in wishful thinking. You cannot effectively use the affirmation ‘I am slim’ to lose weight for example, if this thought has no real powerful energy behind it.
Please don’t insist on being a normal human being who is born to suffer physically, mentally and emotionally. Do not sit back and accept that it is your fate to be lonely, loveless or powerless. Empower yourself with an exceptionally strong, radiant inner energy every day of your life. Then insist, ‘I am healthy.’ ‘I am happy.’ ‘I am in love.’ ‘I am abundant’. When we have a lot of high energy, affirmations such as these have a real punch to them.
I am sure that you are highly intelligent, but I have to warn you that you cannot just think your way through all the challenges that life throws at you. You need to move, breathe with awareness, and raise your vibrations before you take any important decisions in life.
We human beings are always in some kind of trouble and stress. However, practising the Infinite Arts can definitely de-stress us and then take us much further down the awakening, healing path to enlightenment.
So why do so many of my students stop practising and then slip backwards at some point on their own unique awakening journey? The key problem we all face – once the initial euphoria of beginning to awake from the nightmare we call normal life has worn off – is that the ego will do everything in its power to stop us.

Your soul is longing for you to awake fully so that it can return home to love, but the ego longs only to keep you enthralled in its totally destructive thought system so that it can live to fight another day.
You are not stupid. You know full well that practising mediation, tai chi or yoga is incredibly good for you, and yet much of the time, you are so reluctant to practise these life-saving arts. You would much rather slump in front of the TV each evening with a large glass of wine or beer in your hand, than spend an hour or so practising an awakening/healing art of some kind.
Sadly, it only takes a few weeks to develop an unhealthy habit such as drinking too much or eating too much, whereas developing a life-saving habit such as a daily meditation practice seems to take a lot more effort and a lot more time. Never mind! Who ever said that life as we know it was fair? The good news is that however long it takes to reap the benefits of a regular meditation practise, the rewards of pushing yourself to meditate day in and day out can be spectacular! However hard it may seem to practise tai chi, chi kung or yoga on a very regular basis, the end result will usually be radiant health and well-being.
Holidays in the sun can certainly give us a temporary boost of energy, but a few weeks after we have returned home, our tan is fading fast and so is the feel-good factor our vacation was supposed to give us. A daily meditation or tai chi practice on the other hand can slowly but surely produce so many lasting benefits; including radiant physical health, a clear, calm mind, and an inner joy that never fades. So, if I was forced to choose between having an annual holiday in the sun, or practising the Infinite Arts every day of the year, I know which I would choose without a moment’s hesitation. What about you?
Blessings,
Jason
