Your future is based on your intention now, and the energy you put into it…
The first thing in the morning is the most important time of your life. How you start your day will affect the way it turns out. The goal is to get 24 hours beautifully right, starting from your waking moment. If you do not get it right, I don’t think your whole day will turn out right. You will be in survival mode, dealing with emergencies, your mood, your attitude, somebody, anybody, negativity, and whatever happens, or does not happen. Dealing with this and that, you are not yourself.
Don’t waste time, use it wisely. Whatever project you do, requires time and energy. That means what you are occupied with, is your priority. If is that is something causing you pain and suffering, you become trapped in time. If that which occupies you, set you free, and elevates your emotion, you join in time. Ultimately, you can transcend time, meaning you’re constantly there– in the eternal moment- one with the source of life. So use time wisely, to achieve your goal. Whatever is the context, you want to get out of pain and experience elevated emotion.
How we feel becomes our reality, yet we’re all searching for love and happiness in the wrong places. That is human. Learn where true happiness lies, so you don’t have to go through the pain of trial and error. Terrible to realise that the effort, the energy you put into something, ultimately does not not make sense, meaning you wasted your time. You’ve invested so much of your emotions and energy into your goal or project, and after 20, 30 years, you realise it did not make you happy, did not satisfy you. That’s all wasting time.
So learning from the others, is very important. And basically, you want to free yourself, but at this moment, most people do not know how. Reflecting on that, first thing in the morning, is time well spent. There’s a sense of satisfaction in it. If you do not have that, you do not really wake up properly. Ideally, you’re looking forward to and welcoming your day.
The right start to the morning is especially important when you are facing difficulties. So first thing in the morning, understand what your intention is for the day, and reinforce it. Stilling your mind is a must. Meditation is the best way. Meditation, to start with, is a skill. Later, it’s a lifestyle. Later, it’s your being. You meditate all the time. Not many people achieve this state, but the truth is to be found within all of us. It’s so simple, but not easy.
A lot of human minds are trying to figure out what Truth is, but you cannot figure it out. You experience it or you don’t, but if you want to experience it, you need an open heart. Interestingly enough, you need to train your mind to reach your heart. This is through understanding, and devotion, based on love. I’m not talking about how you love your partner, and your family, they are completely different. Love extends from our innermost being, not from outside.
Get yourself right, and everything outside will be right. If you’re not right, nothing is right outside of you, regardless where you are, what you’re doing. If you don’t like your work, please consider it may actuallybe nothing to do with your work. It’s you. Your life as you experience it is but a reflection of your inner world.
So first thing in the morning, the most important thing is to awaken- to become conscious, aware, mindful. Your mind needs to be well trained to fulfil your goals and dreams. Direct your mind, use it creatively, or be imprisoned by it.
Eventually, an enlightened state or awakening is to be fully aware 24 hours a day. Moment to moment. If you’re thinking, feeling, exactly like before, just like yesterday, you’re just repeating your life; the Samsara of cyclical existence. If you’re not awake, your mind trains you. That mean imprisons you.
Without intention and effort your blossoming is very slow. Don’t go to work to earn money, go to work to share love, inspiration, creativity. I’m not saying you talk about Jesus Christ, I’m not saying you behave differently, but your mission is to share love, not to earn money. The money will come anyway. If you go to work just to earn money you become a robot.
There are so many people just rushing, you notice that. Some are very impatient, they are not in the here and now. They try to get somewher, they don’t know why they have to get there, and they do it day in, day out. They are so tired, they hate their life. They are just rushing to get there. Every time they talk on the phone, to the customer, they just want to make money. That’s scary. That’s why they are like robots, highly trained, artificial intelligent robots.
That is your fellow human being, and life is so difficult, and they want some comfort. Sometimes, a cup of coffee will do. Sometimes more than that, to ease their pain. But when you are awake, you can direct your mind to transform your life. Create a new blueprint for your life. One that brings meaning, joy and satisfaction.
Maybe you can not do it straight away. Everything can trigger your fear, your anger, your irritation, because those are your unhealed issues. The world will push you to your limit, if not every day, every week. If you’re not mindful, you will slip back into anger, irritation, blaming the others, hating yourself, and feeling sluggish. You get used to it, and that is your energetic signature and that’s your life. To transform your life, you need consistency to change your thoughts and behaviour. Be present, be vigilant, especially first thing in the morning.
How can you do it? Raise your energetic vibration, calm your disharmony, and calm your mind through meditation and energy work such as Seven Spiritual Principles Chi Kung, or Golden Sun Chi Kung. Ask what sort of day you want to experience. And experience that on the spot. Now, that is an art. You experience it, not think about it. Thinking about it is called wishful thinking. It doesn’t work. Even positive affirmation doesn’t work. When you can feel it, it becomes real. That’s how you want to live your day. Not your life, just one day at a time. It is called becoming, becoming, becoming.
To transform your life, you have to experience it. You become, and it takes time without exception, but you can speed it up, and every effort counts. If you want to be healthy, you have to feel healthy, and understand what it feels like when a body is healthy. And when your energy rises and your chi gung, meditation and tai chi deepen, you fill inside with radiance and light. Your whole body responds.
Release any trapped negative emotions daily. At first, not all of you will achieve it consistently. So you need to go through the steps.
- Release the energy – physical, energetic, emotional.
- Replace with bright energy- sunshine thoughts, Chi Kung
- Use time to care for and love yourself.
Happiness is making the time for your wellbeing.
When you’re awake, you still notice your ego a lot, but then you also start to notice you are the eternal soul. You can never really feel you are your true self while you are yearning for somebody outside of you to give you love and happiness.
So, be vigilant throughout your day. You don’t have to protect the truth or life itself. You have to protect your mind. That means coming back to your principles and your practice, again, again, throughout the day. At night, look back to learn, and to reflect before you go to sleep.
And that is not wasting time. You are creating. That is your inheritance, my dear.
