Jason’s June Message
If we really long to be part of the solution to our world’s endless problems, we need to commit to bringing love into our own hearts. Is this easy to do? No, because our hearts are now so wounded that most of us have firmly closed them up against being hurt in the future. But of course, when our heart is closed, or blocked by a defensive energetic wall, how can we possibly fill it up with Love energy?
We actually have to be exceptionally strong, brave and committed as we gently practise opening our wounded heart so that we can connect to Love energy. But I promise you that all of your courage and persistence will really pay-off as you eventually find that you can live more and more of your life in love, rather than fear.
Do you realise that the greatest betrayer of your heart is yourself, because you choose not to live in divine love and truth? When we are living artificial lives, our hearts will be so painful. Every action that we ever take that is not aligned with our true nature is a form of self-betrayal, and whenever we betray our True-Self, our soul will experience tremendous pain.
Not living according to your own truth is self-betrayal. Please do not do this to yourself! Others will keep demanding that you betray your own truth. For example, your family members may demand that you give more time and attention to their needs and less time and attention to your spiritual awakening. Please do not give in to their emotional blackmail.
Now I would rather die than betray the truth as I see it. Your body is going to die in any case sooner or later. However, if you betray the truth just to prolong your little life, your soul will be in tremendous pain. Think for example of German soldiers in WW2 who were ordered to massacre Jewish women and children. Some of them probably only obeyed these orders because they were afraid of losing their own lives if they did not. But imagine the pain they inflicted on their soul!
Jesus Christ refused to betray his own truth and so they crucified him. Luckily, you do not have to face such extreme persecution to follow your truth. However, you may find that by following your truth and refusing to compromise, you lose friends and loved-ones – so be it!
Today, many more of us just cannot fit into the old materialistic paradigm for living a successful life. We are beginning to notice the artificiality of brand name consumerism. We are starting to see through the emptiness of buying designer goods and seeking worldly fame and fortune. We are now going for the real thing: unconditional love, truth, grace and eternal life.

Yet, where there is competition between different ED brands, there are bound to be myths viagra 100mg pfizer doing rounds. Some of my long-term students are now searching for divine love, rather than just settling for romantic love that can so easily die and turn into hate. They are beginning to see that normal human love just does not work in the long run, and so they are looking within to find true, lasting love in their own heart and soul.
‘I cannot live without you!’ This is not love. It is the sign of an unhealed personality-self, or a very needy, neurotic person. If we think that we need another special person in our lives in order to feel loved, we will actually be afraid of them, and then we will probably end up hating them. So if someone ever tells you that they cannot live without you, please run away as fast as you can!
In order to find lasting love, we first need to get in touch with our hearts and then we need to learn how to open them. When we finally get in touch with our heart’s deepest desire, we will find that it is very different than all the egoic desires that are located in our solar plexus.
As you awake, you will become more and more conscious of the difference between your heart’s desire and the desires that arise from your three lower centres, or lower levels of consciousness.
Many spiritual seekers long to open up their hearts to experience true love, but they do not realise that they first need to strengthen their three lower centres. These centres need to become strong and radiant before we will feel safe enough to open ourselves up to love. If you open up your heart centre prematurely, you may feel far too vulnerable to dwell in Love energy for any length of time. You closed your heart for a reason. You felt hurt, and so you no longer trusted other human beings and their love for you. No wonder you are now pretty resistant to opening your heart up once again.
However, to set your soul free, and to find your soul’s true purpose this lifetime, you cannot just master your mind; you also need to open your heart. Without opening your heart, you can even become like a walking zombie, because you are basically wandering through life half-dead. We all need to connect to a very high Love energy to feel truly alive, but to connect to this, we need to both expand our consciousness and open our heart.
To rise above your egoic mind and all of its destructive thoughts and emotions, you certainly need to cultivate one-pointed focus or consciousness in your mind, but unless you also open your heart you can become an unbalanced spiritual practitioner. Yes, you need a calm, clear mind to attain an enlightened state of consciousness, but without cultivating true love in your heart, you run the risk of becoming a rather arrogant, or even cold, spiritual practitioner.
To open and heal your wounded heart, you will need a lot of help, so please keep reading really inspiring spiritual texts, and if you intuitively know that your heart is particularly wounded, seek some kind of therapeutic healing. Spend as much time as you can with inspiring, loving people, and also devote at least part of each day to your spiritual and energetic practices.
Once you can fully open your heart, you can begin to cultivate your heart centred intuition so that you can become ‘knowing’ in the highest, spiritual sense of the word. There are many paths to enlightenment. One path is the devotional path of the heart, another is the more cerebral path of one-focused mind concentration. But eventually, these two paths merge together as you come close to attaining a pure, enlightened state of being in which your naturally spacious consciousness dwells in love, and nothing but love, at all times.
