1. 正 (Jeing)  RIGHT ALIGNMENT

Jeing means right alignment. Please contemplate what  right alignment means to you. When you are not well, you are not aligned. When you are day-dreaming you are not aligned. When you feel alive in body, mind and spirit you are aligned. When Heaven & Earth are aligned within yourself, your body mind and spirit become as one, and  you are very much alive. When you are scheming, planning, thinking you don’t like somebody, or don’t like yourself, you are not well aligned in your mind. So  alignment embraces everything and brings it into balance.

Jeing is full of brightness, and your whole existence becomes a walk towards this brightness, extending through everything on your pathway. You’re on a journey whether you know it or not. If you don’t know it, it is called unconscious sleepwalking until you die,  not knowing why you are here. Tragic, but normal for most people who have no idea why they’re here. For me it is Infinite Chi Kung and Tai Chi to open the energy channels and chakras, for the earth-force to rise up the spine as a spiritual energy called kundalini. It is a tool to empower your “vehicle”. The energy permeates and transforms your physical and energetic form right down into the DNA, and hopefully some levels of purity fire up. Without the empowerment from  wholesome discipline you’ve got nothing to offer. You’ll need that kundalini  energy rising to  empower you and enable you to rise up like a phoenix.

6. 定 (Deng)  EMPOWER IN STILLNESS

Stillness is strength. How do you know you’ve got it? When there’s a storm happening in your life and you can stay in the centre, and then you know you’ve got some stillness. This is the power of stillness when you’re facing your stuff. Life always serves some curveballs to test you.

And out of that stillness you connect to the universe intelligence that stems from the evolution of the Earth, through your Human evolution, to open up your heart intelligence. 7. 慧 (Wai)    CULTIVATE WISDOM 

And then where you’ve got it, you see the wisdom of life is to simply unfold and reveal itself to you. Most people  seemingly do not have this privilege to know the mystery, the secrets of life. It is only for the lucky few throughout ancient time. Sooner or later the wisdom of the planet Earth and the cosmos WILL unfold to you. 

OM To these sounds we add the powerful OM sound to bring everything together. This helps to open the energy field because we humans are very “tight”. So we utilise the very  high vibration OM sound.

Finally, we use the sound HOM to anchor ALL of  this wisdom, strength, love and trust into your body and your mind.
